Cerys has worked in performing arts for 40 years, starting as a dancer and ending up where she is now as a comedian and actress. She has worked for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky and Dave, and has fronted campaigns for Nationwide, AutoTrader, Green Flag and Halfords, amongst others. Cerys is born and bred in the beautiful Cotswolds! She has travelled the world performing and , most notably, she was the last ever comedian to perform for the British troops in Afghanistan!

Cerys is a trained Firefighter and Paramedic and has 6 children – her 24 year old son and 5 chihuahuas!
