Ali moved from Iran to Birmingham at the age of 7, then subsequently moved from the second city to London in 2012 to pursue acting. He is best known for his role in the Emmy winning TV series The Great, as Raskolvy. He has recently appeared in the Channel 4 series The Couple Next Door and BBC’s Death in Paradise. Ali is incredibly passionate about running and goes every day, unless it’s raining or windy, or too cold or Homes Under the Hammer is on.
